Gerry Trennepohl, President
Gerry is a Cincinnati native who grew up on the west side and graduated from Western Hills High School in 1964. He then went to the University of Cincinnati and graduated in 1970 with a Bachelor of Science degree.
He joined the U.S. Air Force as a second lieutenant in 1971. During the Vietnam war, he served as a navigator on B-52s. He also earned a Master of Arts degree from Central Michigan University in 1975. He was discharged from the military in 1976 with the rank of Captain. After serving, Gerry returned to Cincinnati and began working for the Proctor & Gamble Company in their finance and accounting department until his retirement in 2001. He then completed a Doctor of Biblical Studies degree in 2005 at Masters International University of Divinity.

Gerry's motto is, "When I put God First in my life, all other things fall into place." He is involved in 7 Hills Church in Florence, KY, where he directs small groups and serves in other capacities. He has been married to his wife Phyllis for over 47 years and has three married children and six grandchildren in the Cincinnati area. He started T Properties with his youngest son Jeff in 2008.

Jeff Trennepohl, Property Manager
Jeff is a Cincinnati native who grew up on the west side and graduated from Aiken High School in 1993. He attended the University of Cincinnati and later received certification in radio broadcasting and auto repair and welding. Jeff has been married to his wife Jennifer for 25 years. His daughter attends Oak Hills High School while his oldest son was just married.
Jeff is an avid sports fan, particularly following the Cincinnati Bengals, the University of Cincinnati Bearcats, and the Cincinnati Reds. Ask him anything about sports, and he'll most likely have the answer! He has a YouTube channel, Sports with Strawberry Ice, that is "live" Monday thru Friday at 5:30PM.

Jennifer Trennepohl, Office Manager
Jennifer grew up in St. Petersburg, FL, and met her husband Jeff, while he was visiting that area. They have been married for 25 years and have two children. The older son was recently married, and their daughter attends Oak Hills High School.
